The IUG-SA 2018 Organising Committee is pleased to announce that it will host the 2018 IUG-SA Annual Conference at Emperors Palace from 7-8 November 2018. This conference brings together member libraries to share experiences, build relationships and generate excitement for the new digital age of information.

It is the organising committee’s pleasure to announce that registrations for the Conference are now open. The conference will be hosted at Emperors Palace, Kempton Park.

Fees:

Full Conference Registration Fees (7 & 8 November)

R3,180 – Late registration until 6 November 2018 at 12:00 PM

Single Day Registrations including the cocktail function (7 or 8 November)

R1,590 – Late registrations until 6 November 2018 at 12:00 PM

Single Day Registrations excluding the cocktail function (7 or 8 November)

R1,275 – Late registrations until 6 November 2018 at 12:00 PM

Once your registration has been successfully completed, an invoice will be issued. Please note that cancellations will only be accepted until 31st of October 2018. All refunds for payments already received will be charged an administrative fee of R750,00.

All cancellations after 31st October will still be liable for full payment.

Accommodation:

Although TUT is hosting the event, delegates are required to make their own arrangements for accommodation and transport to the event. Delegates are welcome to book accommodation at the hotel at which the conference is hosted. Herewith, Emperors Palace and some other suggestions concerning accommodation:
