Invitation to the IUG-SA Conference 08 – 09 November 2017
It is the IUG-SA 2017 organising committee’s pleasure to announce that registrations for the 2017 IUG-SA Conference on 8 and 9 November are now open. The conference will be hosted at the St. George’s Hotel, Pretoria.

Fees:
Full Conference Registration Fees (8 & 9 November)
- Early bird registration until 13 October 2017 at 12:00 PM: R2,500
- Standard registration until 27 October 2017 at 12:00 PM: R2,800
- Late registration until 3 November 2017 at 12:00 PM: R3,000
Single Day Registrations including the cocktail function (8 or 9 November)
- Early bird & standard registration until 13 October 2017 at 12:00 PM: R1,300
- Late registrations until 27 October 2017 at 12:00 PM: R1,500
Single Day Registrations excluding the cocktail function (8 or 9 November)
- Early bird & standard registration until 13 October 2017 at 12:00 PM: R1,000
- Late registrations until 27 October 2017 at 12:00 PM: R1,200
Once your registration has been successfully completed, an invoice will be issued. Please note that cancellations will only be accepted until 30th of October 2017. All refunds for payments already received will be charged an administrative fee of R700,00.
All cancellations after 30th October will still be liable for full payment.

Accommodation:
Although TUT is hosting the event, delegates are required to make their own arrangements for accommodation and transport to the event. Delegates are welcome to book accommodation at the hotel at which the conference is hosted. Herewith, some other suggestions concerning accommodation, as well:
